STIEBEL ELTRON launches new showroom & training centre to support Ireland’s installers
Leading renewable heating technology specialist, STIEBEL ELTRON IE, has unveiled a new state-of-the-art showroom and training centre, as it looks to empower Ireland’s installers with industry-leading skills
The heat pump manufacturer has invested €350,000 into its Ireland Headquarters in Blanchardstown, Dublin, to create capacity for its training programme which has already provided 20 installers with the expertise to thrive in the heat pump industry.
STIEBEL ELTRON IE invested in the new showroom and training facility to inspire a surge of installers capable of meeting growing demand for heat pumps.
The company moved into the Irish market earlier this year as it looks to ramp up operations in Ireland and drive forward the adoption of renewable heating technologies across the country.
Holding capacity to train up to 12 installers at any given time, STIEBEL ELTRON IE’s new showroom comes equipped with the latest renewable heating technologies, featuring a range of heat pumps, electric hot water heaters, space heating and, ventilation products available for the Irish market.
As a result, Ireland’s installers will gain hands-on experience with the latest renewable heating products as they learn how they can be implemented during a comprehensive course which caters for all levels of installers.
The programme provides installers with all the tools they need to progress their careers, with STIEBEL ELTRON IE offering a post-training support package to help installers throughout any installation process, not just at the point of purchase.
The new showroom and training centre comes as the company looks to galvanise the country’s supply chain and support installers, end consumers, developers, and consultants in utilising renewable heating solutions.
Meanwhile, the Dublin based showroom will act as a catalyst for this, offering local distribution for parts, products, and the latest technologies to all regions of the country.
As a result, the company can supply and implement a range of renewable heating products to customers across the country in a seamless, efficient, and timely manner, with installers supported by the company’s expert engineers.
Mark McManus, STIEBEL ELTRON IE Managing Director, said: “We entered into the Irish market with a view to meet growing demand for renewable heating technologies across the country and the launch of our new showroom and training centre will be essential in doing that.
“As demand for heat pumps and other renewable heating technologies continues to increase, there is a growing need for industry professional who have comprehensive knowledge of how they work, how they are installed, and how they are maintained.
“A core component of STIEBEL ELTRON IE’s training is that it caters for all, whether it is those who are just starting out or more seasoned installers. No matter what level, our programme is designed to deliver both technical and practical hands-on experience.
“We were delighted to welcome the first round of trainees through our doors recently. Moving forward, we’re looking forward to further delivering a world-class trainee scheme which will inspire Ireland’s installers to drive the country’s heat pump market forward.”
The company’s expansion into the Irish market forms part of its commitment to growing every aspect of the business, from developing its training facilities and workforce further, to investing in new renewable energy technologies and products.
