SNO Plus units are incredibly compact

STIEBEL ELTRON Launches Four New Compact Water Heaters – Changing the Game for the Product Category with the Most Compact and Efficient Products on the UK Market

STIEBEL ELTRON UK has today unveiled four new high-quality compact water heaters, with technology advances that boasts both unrivalled efficiency and the smallest available 5 litre store on the UK market, for use in residential and light commercial settings.

Complementing the SNU 5 Plus new product launch is the larger undersink model of the SNU 10 Plus, and the oversink models of SNO 5 Plus and SNO 10 Plus, featuring built-in taps.

All four new product launches boast updated aesthetics, tactile surfaces with haptic feedback on the dials, and are unvented – meaning that you don’t need any specialised qualifications to install them because they are unpressurised systems. All are WRAS certified as standard with matching unvented sink, basin and taps available in sets or separately for the new SNU products.

Providing hot water immediately, the SNU 5 Plus offers a quick and easy replacement for older, bulkier appliances and an efficient solution for new systems. What’s more, the SNU 5 comes fitted with a standard plug for plug and play installation.

The SNU 5 Plus and other models achieve their compactness due to the technologically advanced and innovative vacuum insulation that reduces the casing sized required, even whilst dramatically improving standby energy consumption over other models on the market.

High grade thermal insulation and integral thermostop function results in low energy losses, while SNU 5 Plus provides optimised domestic hot water more efficiently than previous models through its eco mode.

Meanwhile a safe to use adjustable mechanical temperature limit brings with it anti-scalding protection, as well as the heater offering an anti-drip function which results in water savings.

The new range feature compact, sleek design with simple shapes and reduction to the essentials, can be integrated seamlessly into a living space.

The launch of the new unvented range comes after STIEBEL ELTRON UK recently bolstered its workforce by a quarter as it looks to ramp up its operations in the renewable heating sector.

The growth formed part of a commitment from the company where it set itself the ambition to expand its workforce in a bid to provide the market with more products and services throughout 2023 and beyond.

Established in 2008 in Bromborough, Wirral, STIEBEL ELTRON UK is now a major supplier of renewable heating products,

As well as investing in their small unvented hot water stores, STIEBEL ELTRON is investing in its product offering across all areas of the business, from heat pumps to ventilation systems, from hot water taps to hand dryers.

Mark McManus, STIEBEL ELTRON UK Managing Director, said: “At the start of the year we outlined our ambition to see the company grow in every area of the business and the launch of the SNU 5 Plus is a key factor in this. We’re looking forward to continuing this throughout 2023 and beyond.

“At STIEBEL ELTRON we are constantly looking to innovate and develop new technologies which will sit at the forefront of the heating sector. SNU 5 Plus is a natural progression of our water heaters which can be fitted with ease in any building, as well as offering improved energy consumption when compared to others on the market.”
